Join us this February at Unity Missionary Baptist Church as we celebrate Black History Month under the inspiring theme “Legacy, Love, and Loyalty.” Each Sunday will feature a unique theme and attire, designed to honor our heritage, celebrate culture, and reaffirm our loyalty to God and community. Come ready to worship, fellowship, and have fun with the entire church family!

Here’s the schedule for each Sunday:

• February 1 — Heritage & Legacy Sunday
  Wear the colors of Black heritage: black, green, and red as we honor the legacy of faith, resilience, and excellence passed down through generations.

• February 8 — Team Spirit Sunday (Super Bowl)
  Show your love for fellowship and unity by wearing your favorite sports team jersey as we celebrate teamwork, community, and the love of Christ.

• February 15 — Ancestral Roots Sunday
  Celebrate our African heritage by wearing traditional African prints and patterns. This Sunday highlights the beauty of culture, identity, and God’s love flowing through our roots.

• February 22 — Throwback Sunday (Loyalty Sunday)
  Step back in time by wearing old-fashioned or 70s attire as we honor loyalty, stewardship, and faithful commitment to God and His church.
