Welcome to Unity Missionary Baptist Church! We are thrilled to have you join our family and embark on this journey of faith together. As you begin your journey with us, we want to ensure that you feel informed, supported, and equipped to fully engage in the life of our church community. That's why we are excited to invite you to our New Member Orientation class on April 20, 2024, at 11:30 AM.
During this orientation session, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Learn About Our Church: Gain insight into the history, mission, and values of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. Understand what makes our community unique and how we are committed to serving both our congregation and the wider community.
2. Meet Our Leadership Team: Get to know our pastors, deacons, and other key leaders who play vital roles in shepherding our congregation and supporting our ministries. Feel free to ask questions and learn how you can connect with them for guidance and support.
3. Discover Opportunities for Involvement: Explore the various ministries, programs, and service opportunities available within our church. Whether you're interested in music, outreach, education, or something else, there's a place for you to contribute your talents and passions.
4. Understand Our Beliefs and Practices: Dive into the foundational beliefs and theological principles that guide our worship, teaching, and community life. Gain clarity on our doctrinal statements and how they shape our approach to faith and Christian living.
5. Connect with Fellow New Members: Build relationships with other new members who are also embarking on this journey of faith alongside you. Share your stories, experiences, and aspirations as you begin this exciting chapter together.
6. Receive Resources and Support: Receive valuable resources, materials, and information to help you navigate your early days as a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. From practical tips to spiritual guidance, we are here to support you every step of the way.
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for this important orientation session. Light refreshments will be provided, and we encourage you to stay afterward to mingle and connect with your fellow new members and church leaders.

Spring Clothing Drive & Prom Dress Giveaway

Join Us in Bringing Warmth and Style to the Baytown and McNair Communities!
As the vibrant colors of spring begin to blossom, let's come together to spread warmth, joy, and a sense of belonging in our Baytown and McNair communities. On April 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, we invite you to participate in our Spring Clothing Drive and Prom Dress Giveaway event.
Clothing Drive: Have gently-used clothing items that you no longer need or wear? Consider donating them to our clothing drive. Whether it's coats, sweaters, shirts, pants, or accessories, every donation counts. Your contributions will help individuals and families in our community stay warm and stylish as they navigate their daily lives.
Prom Dress Giveaway: Preparing for prom can be an exciting yet financially daunting time for many young ladies. To alleviate some of the pressure and ensure that every girl feels confident and beautiful on this special night, we are hosting a prom dress giveaway. We encourage donations of gently-used prom dresses, evening gowns, shoes, and accessories. Your generosity could make a young lady's dream prom night a reality.
Share this event with your friends, family, and colleagues. Every additional donation and attendee helps make a difference!By coming together as a community, we have the power to uplift and support one another. Let's embrace the spirit of spring by sharing our blessings with those in need. Together, we can make this clothing drive and prom dress giveaway a resounding success!
