Dr. Jermarion N. Williams has been called a “preacher par excellence” for his radical and relevant preaching that is equipped with relatability, sound doctrine and cultural understandings that encourages, uplifts and enlightens all who hear him.  A native of Houston. TX, Jermarion Williams accepted Jesus Christ at an early age at Mt. Horeb Missionary Baptist Church. He accepted the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 1991 and was licensed at Bethany Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the Reverend Samuel L. Smith. In 1994, Dr. Williams and ordained to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ at Mount Horeb Missionary Baptist Church by Reverend Doctor Samuel H. Smith Sr.

    Dr. Williams matriculated at Union Baptist Bible College and Seminary, Prairie View A&M University; and Gospel Ministry Outreach Theological Institute, Dr. Williams has achieved certification of a Bachelors, Masters, and a Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis in Religious Education. Dr. Williams also holds a Doctorate of Divinity degree. In the year 2000, at which time Pastor Jermarion Williams was led by the Holy Spirit to establish First Community Baptist Church, eventually renamed The Atmosphere of the Anointing Church.

    In 2004, Dr. Williams was consecrated to the office of Bishop in the Lord’s Church by the Changing Lives Fellowship and is the Founder and Presiding Prelate of The International Fellowship of Kingdom Churches. Additionally, he is the Founder and CEO of JNW Ministries, a non-profit organization dedicated to the evangelistic empowering and encouraging of local, national and global audiences . In June 2016, Dr. Williams was called to be the Senior Pastor of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. Unity is the heart of McNair in Baytown, Texas and has been for its 50 years of existence. As the second Pastor in the church's 50 year history, Dr. Williams’ hearts desire is to do God’s Will while continuing Dr. Henry Thomas’ legacy of positive impact, passionate influence and purposeful impression. Dr. Jermarion N. Williams is happily married to the Reverend Mrs. Tamara A. Williams of Rockford, Illinois. They are both the proud parents of 6 children. Dr. Jermarion N. Williams’ earnest desire is to remain a humble servant of The Lord to be used in any capacity. He strives most to maximize “The Spirit of Excellence without Excuse” to bring glory to God.
